missingWrote a review on 12 Novawkward bathroom
The location leaves much to be desired, a bit far from main attractions and not walkable to anything interesting. Rooms come across as bare and minimalist, feeling somewhat depressing. Bathroom layout is awkward. Despite being clean and tidy, the experience just lacks character.

The breakfast offered a nice selection with fresh pastries.
The bathroom layout was a disaster, with a cubicle with a dangerous threshold that posed a significant tripping hazard. The service at the bar was painfully slow. The receptionist had to juggle both the front desk and restaurant duties, which clearly overwhelmed them and left guests waiting. This lack of efficiency really added to the frustration of the stay.

Unbeatable, peaceful location in Lisbon, near to the outskirts of Lisbon with nothing within walking distance as well as town centre.

Pretty standard hotel in Lisbon with pleasant staff at the receptionist. Fresh breakfast, pleasant location near to Lisbon, Cascais, and the buses that go downtown. Also, in a whirlwind stop to see the best of Lisboa...

Appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping kept everything looking fresh. Breakfast offered a nice selection with fresh orange juice and pastries. It was disappointing to find the bathroom towels inadequate and a dirty one provided initially. The bathroom was also quite cramped, limiting space when getting ready. The location was not ideal for walking anywhere, but rides to the city center were about 10 euros. A decent stay, but improvements are needed in room amenities and hygiene.

The Double Room was quite comfy with an clean vibe. The bed felt great, and there were plenty of outlets to charge devices. The soundproofing was surprisingly good, so outside noise wasn't an issue. Just a bit of a bummer that there was no fridge or phone in the room. It was a good and straightforward stay!

Budget-Friendly with Room for Improvement
The breakfast buffet was so nice, with fresh pastries and a DIY orange juice station. The limited menu and high prices at the restaurant were disappointing. Consider using Uber for better access to attractions.

I recently stayed in a cozy Double Room for 5 nights, and I couldn't get enough of the fabulous breakfast spread! The self-serve orange juice was a delicious highlight, and the charming green terrace made mornings even better. Just be mindful that the dining area can get a bit crowded during peak times.
